Effect
Fusion increases output from energy-producing sources. For Fusion Reactors, that boosted output is converted into Fuel Cells.
Formula
Output = Base Output * (1 + 0.10 * Fusion Level)
Fusion stacks with Energy Technology:
Output = Base Output * (1 + 0.05 * Energy Tech) * (1 + 0.10 * Fusion Level)
For Fusion Reactor fuel-cell generation, Fusion also adds an extra reactor-only bonus:

Fuel Cell note:
- Fuel Cells do not accumulate until Fuel Cell Technology is researched to at least level 1.
- Charging uses Fusion Reactor output directly.
