- Select an uninhabited planet slot
- Send Colony Ship on "Colonize" mission
- Ship is consumed, colony is established

Colony Ship Usage
One-Way Trip
Colony Ships are consumed on colonization:
- Ship disappears when colony forms
- Build new ships for each colony
- Cannot recall once colonizing

- Try different coordinates
