Ship Stats Overview

Key Statistics

Every ship has:

  • Structural Integrity - Hull hit points
  • Shield Strength - Regenerating shield
  • Attack Power - Damage per round
  • Cargo Capacity - Resources carried
  • Speed - Movement rate
  • Fuel Consumption - Deuterium per distance

Combat Technologies

Ship effectiveness modified by:

  • Weapon Technology (+10% damage/level)
  • Mobile Shield Technology (+10% shields/level)
  • Defense Technology does not increase ship hull

Rapidfire

Certain ships have rapidfire against others:

  • Chance to fire again after destroying target
  • Critical for fleet efficiency

Drive Systems

Drive Ships Speed Bonus
Combustion (global) All ships +10%/level
Impulse (global) All ships +20%/level speed, +5%/level fuel
Hyperspace (global) All ships +30%/level speed, +10%/level fuel

Some ships upgrade drives at certain research levels.

Affected by:

  • Robotics Factory level
  • Nanite Factory level
  • Universe speed setting

Fleet Composition

Balanced Fleet

A good fleet includes:

  • Combat ships (damage dealers)
  • Cargo ships (carry loot)
  • Recyclers (collect debris)

Specialized Fleets

Or build purpose-specific:

  • Raiding fleet (fast, cargo capacity)
  • Battle fleet (maximum firepower)
  • Defense fleet (tanky, high shields)
