Description
Intel Relay establishes long-range signal routing and relay infrastructure for empire-wide intelligence distribution.
Each level allows you to view 1 additional most-recent espionage report per alliance member in the Espionage tab of your Messages page.
Players with Intel Relay can also manually toggle Share with alliance on any of their espionage reports. Manually shared reports are available to all alliance members.
It also sits in the intelligence focus mid-tier before Recon Technology.
