Game Rules

All players must follow these rules to maintain a fair and enjoyable game environment. Violations may result in an immediate and permanent ban without warning, question, or appeal at the sole discretion of the game administrators.

Fair Play

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

Bug Exploitation - Exploiting any bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal advantage. If you discover a bug, report it immediately.
Scripts & Automation - Using scripts, bots, macros, or any automated tools to perform actions in the game. All gameplay must be manual.
Browser Plugins - Using browser extensions, plugins, or addons that interact with or modify the game in any way.
External Tools - Using any external software, tools, or services that provide an unfair advantage or automate gameplay.
Account Sharing - Sharing your account credentials with other players or playing on someone else's account. Each account must be controlled by a single person.
Multi-Accounting - Creating or controlling multiple accounts. One account per person.

Activity Monitoring

Player activity is continuously monitored with the expectation that each player takes breaks from the game consistent with normal human behavior.

What We Monitor

Login patterns and session duration
Action frequency and timing
Fleet mission patterns
Resource collection behavior
Overall gameplay patterns

Expected Behavior

Players are expected to:

Take regular breaks from gameplay
Sleep, work, and have real-life obligations
Show natural variation in activity patterns
Not maintain 24/7 account activity

Accounts exhibiting inhuman activity patterns will be investigated and may be banned.

Communication Standards

Prohibited Content

The following are not allowed in any official game channels (alliance chat, messages, player names, alliance names, etc.):

Hate Speech - Any content promoting hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Harassment - Targeted harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of other players.
Offensive Content - Excessively vulgar, obscene, or inappropriate content.
Spam - Excessive repetitive messaging or advertising.
Real-World Threats - Any threats of real-world violence or harm.

Enforcement

Penalties

Violations of these rules may result in:

Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
No warning required
No appeal process
Decisions are final and at admin discretion

Reporting Violations

If you witness rule violations, report them through official channels. Do not attempt to enforce rules yourself or retaliate against violators.

Fair Competition

Spirit of the Game

This game is meant to be played fairly by real humans competing against each other. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through technical means undermines the game for everyone.

Fleet Slot Limits

Fleet launches are limited by fleet slots:

Base: 5 active fleets
Computer Technology: +2 slots at each even level (2, 4, 6, ...)
Recon Technology: +1 slot per level
Wayfinder research: +1 slot per level
Space Dock research: +2 slots per level
Missile attacks do not consume fleet slots

Agreement

By playing this game, you agree to follow all rules listed above. These rules may be updated at any time, and continued play constitutes acceptance of any changes.
